My complexion is fair but from last 1 year area around my neck is getting darker and tibiat bones on ankle are also getting black and area around vagina which makes me very uncomfortable...why so...my weight is 75 and I have thyroid from last 8 years for which I take 75 MCG medication. Plz suggest me what to do.
