I accidentally took 7 birth control pills at once 2 days ago. I have not felt any symptoms but am wondering how to proceed with my pills and what to expect from my period.

It would be better to discontinue pills and await a normal cycle. You can use condoms for contraception and restart pills from next period day 2/3/4
