I’ve been taking the birth control microgestin for a week. If I follow my monthly cycle of pills, my period falls on the day my boyfriend comes back home on the 27th. If I were following my natural cycle, my period would be over by the time my boyfriend gets back. I want to know if it would be safe to skip the placebo pills and have my period a week late, or if I could start my placebo pills on the day my period would naturally start, and then go on with week 3 of the pill and have safe sex
