Hi i’m on the Xulane birth control patch and have been on it for about 8 months now. i’ve been using it very consistently. however i know it says that you place the patch on your butt, upper back, or outer arm, but then later says to just not put it where it will be rubbed up against. at first, i tried it on my arm and upper back and it slipped off when i would workout and sweat. then i put it on the top of my butt, but my boyfriend and i have been sexually active recently and i felt uncomfortab
