Biopsy report
Hi after complete breast removal surgery we got biopsy test report as bellow. Could you please tell do we need treatment for this. Is that harmful.
Do we need to take any further treatment like chemotherapy or Harmon therapy.

Would like to know about patient.
Age, since when the lump was, menstrual history(pre/postmenopausal).
She has grade 3 tumour with T3 N0 stage.
She would require chemotherapy and radiotherapy both. Hormonal and targeted therapy depending on Er/pr/her2 testing.
Next Steps
Would like to get blocks of first surgery and do Er/pr/her2 testing and then plan further chemotherapy
