Hello sir I've done endoscopy d1: few erosion d2: normal lax les grade ll and biopsy rut positive I have doubt pls tell me about deudonial erosion which means bleeding???? Currently I'm taking nepxro 40 mg I can some black particles in my poop doctor didn't say anything about bleeding??? ??? ??? ?¿? ???

Duodenal erosion means you are having ulcer of the mucosa of your gut and as the report is RUT positive that means it's due to H.pylori infection. In that case, only Nexpro 40 will not help, you have to undergo a 14days course of H.P.kit or Sompraz or Nexpro H.P. combipack, followed by Nexpro 40 twice daily for 2weeks & then once daily for another 1month.
