Binocular vision dysfunction

I've been struggling with balancing while walking, focusing with eyes, light sensitivity and anxiety has been consistently bothering me specially while riding my bike or car. I've been given eye glasses with cylindrical powers on both eyes recently with powers - 3 & - 3.5. I've also been diagnosed with b12 deficiency and have been taking multivitamins for 15 days with shots every alternate days. But still no good with my symptoms. Can this be because of BVD as I was going thru an article recently. Kindly advise what can be done and should I revisit an ophthalmologist or wait for some time with multivitamin.

If you have much problem then you can have a second opinion. Get your refraction done again. For b12 deficiency can take  inhalation methyl cobalamine 1500iu on alternate day and consume lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.

Hello As you have just started watering cylindrical power, you may feel difficulty for initial one month. You will take another 15 days for adjusting to new pair of glasses
