Hi, my total bilrubin is 2.7 and direct bilrubin is 0.41. should I be worried?my stomach seems to be bloated all time. Alkaline phosphate -185 Serum protein 7.8 Serum albumin 4.67 Serum globulin 3.1 Serum sgot 35.6 Sgpt 59

Your indirect bilirubin is mildly raised. This needs to be evaluated.  Detailed clinical evaluation is required. The feeling of bloated may be related to this or may not be.
Next Steps
ultrasound abdomen should be done.
