I am 50 years old. Two years ago I had my gall bladder removed and now I am having indigestion problems and sometimes vomiting. Ultrasound showed common bile duct dilation of 9.5 mm. And blood test showed high cholestrol level of 264 and high ALT level. What could be the reason
