I have vericocele grade 1 in left testicle and 2 in right can this be cured with medicines or shld I go for surgery can you pls suggest some home remedies for this problem

No home remedies will help. There are some options like embolization etc which can be tried before you decide on surgery. Please consult a Urologist.
