I have left vericocele grade 2 and right grade 1. i have sperm count 8 ml/ml and very low motility (10%)and morphology(1%) i want to go for surgery. i want to know which is the best method in surgery. laproscopic or micro surgery? is there any difference in between these two methods in repairing the vericocele? please tell me which method is preferable for me?

Micro surgical varicocele surgery by andrologist will be better choice.
