Bilastine liver toxicity

I'm suffering from allergic asthma and NASH. Currently taking Bilypsa & formonide 200, Mondeslor Tab. My hepatologist advised me not to take Bilastine as it can increase ALT & AST. But my pulmonologist suggests me to take Bilastine. Please tell me is there any hepatotoxicity concern over bilastine or should I continue Mondeslor tab.thanks in advance. Or suggest me a good antihistamine.

Bilastine has more cardiac Side effects than hepatotoxic effects. You can continue with bilastine.
