After bike accident observed head and face injuries, which treated and done ct scan but found nothing. But after two days talking abnormal. Please advice sir if any. He is consious and knowing every one but talking abnormal.

The question is very unclear abnormal talking can indicate slurry speech or face deviation due to which speaking is affected, and without a CT scan it's difficult to conclude so my advise would be to consult a nearby neurologist.
