Hi, first relax. You are just 15 there is still lot of time to increase your height. Do stretching exercises, yoga asana for height, swimming, play basketball if possible or cycling every day. These should help with your height. Now your enlarged breasts, since you are in a pubertal age there are hormonal changes taking place and your body is developing. According to the parameters you have given you are not overweight as such so it could also be under developed muscles. Do toning exercises that focus on the chest area. If it still persists then speak to a endocrinologist and take a call.
