Big Scaly yellow dandruff

I have been observing yellow chunks of scalp on the front part of my  head and they tend to break from the scalp when I comb my hair there no itching but the chunk of scalp pull away a lot of hair because it is tightly clogged.please recommend a shampoo for clearing this scalp buildup . keep in mind I have dry hair
