2-3 days back got big pimples (chunk of 3 to 4 together) on pubic area where i wear pant.. its red & very painful

If its suppurated (with pus) then go for i&d in a clinic near u. If its starting stage, use jatyadi gruta for application. Internally use Saribadyasava 15ml with water twice daily after food.
