Big Dark Floater at center vision

I have many big black cloudy floaters constantly moving in the eye due to high myopia 0D - 9.75 and OS - 6.5 obstuctung my view to read and concentration. I don't understand why there are no doctor performing FOV in india when the patient is willing to take risk. Its a normal pratice in USA , UK , Australia and hongkong and many countries.

Something is better than nothing ,it has lots of  serious complications threatening even present vision ,that is why doctor asks to ignore vitreous floaters if there is no retinal pathology .
