Beta HCG Test Result

I did my wife's Beta hCG test and result came out 388.88 mIU/mL but which shows 4 weeks pregnant but, in between this we had some intercourse and she also did some exercises as our normal morning routine. We were not sure about her pregnancy and I have not yet consulted any Doctor. Is is safe pregnancy or not need some guidance.
