Beta hcg Test

Missed periods on 8th April, took Beta hcg test after 1 month (9-10th May around). The beta serum level was 0.100 mIU/ML (ECLIA METHOD) from one lab and 1.2 mIU/mL (CMIA METHOD) from other lab, and they didnt asked for Last menstural date. Why there is this difference ? Was there any need to tell the lab about the last menstural date or can get it done any time ? Are these results reliable or should go for another test ?

The reports are negative. Little bit levels may vary from lab to lab. But both the reports are suggesting that you aren't pregnant. No need for any other tests. Last menstrual date is asked to correlate it clinically.
