Beta hcg report

Since my pregnancy test was negative twice and periods did not happened, doctor suggested me for beta hcg report and today I got the report. The Result is 98.50 mlU/ML, but my period date was 20th July and hcg level is too low when comparing with the dates. Can u please suggest what is happening now Note:-I was under medication since I am pcod patient and took hcg injection to get egg rupture as well. Please guide
