I had unprotected sex 20 days back. Did urine test which came negative. I've also attached beta HCG report & I guess it's negative too. I just want to make sure I'm not pregnant whether in the uterus or ectopic pregnancy? I hope beta hcg is accurate?

Hello there, B-hcg is accurate in detecting any intrauterine or extrauterine pregnancy . Your report suggest you are not pregnant.
