How to came off from beta blockers which I was prescribed for my anxiety symptom which was heart palpitations? Will it cause any trouble for me afterwards?

Betablocker in anxiety are only given when usual anti anxiety drug does not work well.. So  withdrawing it should be gradual in small doses so that relapse of tachycardia should not occur..

It is possible to stop Beta blockers and observe if palpitations are recurring However doing so is advisable only after consulting your physician who is treating you for it
