We are trying and taking Duphaston from 16th day of my period but it been three months ans still no success. Could you please suggest what is the best time to eat duphston like after how many hours of Intercourse?

No not like this. Duphastone  take from 12th day of pds for 20days only then wait for result. Take at fixed time to get maintained  blood level.
