Due to paan chewing I developed ulcers on LIPS,round uppish and unhealing ulcers Since 5 months . Entire mouth is burning sensation inside the cheeks and mouth. Osmf III diognosed the Dentist. Burning sensation inside the mouth is developing. Excess mouth watering causing unbearable Conditions Please advise MEDICINES for cure Underneath the tongue on the floor of mouth very painful pointed red Ulcers Thank you
