Hello, my mother aged 68years has been recently diagnosed with lymphnode tb and she is on AKT 4 since last 2 days. In future, in order to avoid its side effects like nausea, vomitting, numbness etc etc. I am planning to give her pyridoxine 40 mg ( daily 1 after dinner) and esoprazole 40mg (daily 1 before breakfast), so would it be ok to provide her aforementioned medicines along with akt 4??? if yes, esoprazole and rifampicin (in AKT4) both in the morning in empty stomach if she takes together, any harm??? or there must be gap between two medicines esoprazole and rifampicin???
