My bellybutton started smelly kind of funny about 3 months ago I've been keeping it clean but it still persist to smell and have now noticed a small lump in the belly button and overall shape looks different. It hurts if I don't keep it clean . Cleaning it is uncomfortable and stings when soap touches it
