Bell's Palsy problem

Her left side face is not having any movement. Consulted MD general physicians, neurologist, MD diabetic and under physiotherapy since 1st week of Feb, 2020. Unfortunately, the physiotherapy stopped for last 3 weeks for lockdown. The symptom is same and not seeing any  improvement. Please suggest any alternative.

Continue facial exercises.care of eyes is important.if not on vitamins to start tab meaxon plus on e daily in afternoon.cap uprise d3 once a week for 8 weeks then once a month.meaxon plus can be taken for 2 months

Need to see a prescription regarding the same to prescribe a medicine. Does she suffer from diabetes or hypertension? She can opt for facial exercises which she can find on YouTube by searching for Facial Exercises for Bell’s Palsy. Chewing a Gum is also a good option.

If it is Bell palsy, in initial days antiviral course and short course of steroids are given usually. Rest facial exercises,galvanic stimulation exercises will be useful.usually most of Bell's palsy with improve ,some take more time.some patients will have residual weakness. Continue physiotherapy from now. Relaxation exercises.sugar control. Hydration.
