Bell's palsy

On 30th april he noticed something changed on his face while brushing the teeth patr we checked n found that his lips are moved and smile is changed little bit. He can eat, talk normally but face is turns one side also he can't taste from one side. We contacted doctor online (due to covid)  she gave medicine for 10 days today is the 6th day yet no improvement and I'm warry. Pls advise.

It's called bells palsy. With proper medication and face physiotherapy there can be recovery in 2 -4 wks. How much will it improve we cannot say, as depends on many factors.
