boiled mashed vegetables with butter, pulses with butter, bread/roti, in 3 to 4 servings a day plus breastfeeding

Star giving porridge, in that u can add boiled and mashed potatoes, carrot, beetroot. Avoid giving night time breast feeding. Try adding fruits, give mashed daal rice etc .
