My grandmother (age -86) is bedridden as she had a major paralysis attack two months before. Now she is suffering from bedsores on back above bump. it's swelled and water is coming out from wound. please suggest any medicine or dressing cream.

Use Betadine ointment, Auxicream, thrombophorb gel mixed. Clean with detol. Use air/water mattress
