  4. Bed bugs bite. Any kind of blood test?

My brother has been facing bed bugs issue since 2 months now. It is getting worse for him. He is continuously sanitizing the room, sprinkling chemicals but still not getting relief. Itching is getting worse, and he is not able to sleep property.He is changing and washing clothes regularly. Please suggest immediate actions to be taken as it mentally disturbing him. Does he need to do any kind of blood test?
