When I run my stomach starts beating hard and feeling like shortness of breath have done echo ultrasound abdomen cbc all are normal

Rx - CAP BECOSULE,  od × 3 days.     DrPBM. Take balanced diet. Take a glass of milk daily. Do moderate exercise. Do Hb, Blood sugar level.
