I have some brown and gold hair in beard which started a year back any treatment available for this I took kera black tablet and altris 5 not much improvement any way to turn black

Have you taken Kerablak and Altris 5 for at least  3 months? It will not help if taken for a short period. You also need to take proper  hair supplements for hair nourishment.
