Dear Sir it's difficult with the picture that you have provided to identify whether there is Barrett's oesophagus present. A diagnosis of Barrett's oesophagitis is usually made with a biopsy from the suspected area as Barrett's oesophagitis is a change of the lining area of the oesophagus from normal cells of the oesophagus to cells that resemble that of the intestine. So if you need to find out you need to undergo a repeat endoscopy with a biopsy. With an endoscopy you can only suspect Barrett's oesophagus but it can be definitely diagnosed only with a biopsy.
