I am 31 and unmarried and I am facing baldness (50 percent), weight is 135 kgs and also sexual problems like small penis, less libido. However I still have desire and will to have sex and get married. I too face mood swings, irritability, panic attacks and irregular sleep patterns. Please can you suggest me what is the issue with me?

Need to rule out hypogonadism for which a few hormonal assays would be needed. Obesity can also be contributing
