I've had red bumps over penis tip which followed by tight foreskin, now I'm having difficulties in pulling the foreskin back.I applied coconut oil, and I was able to pull it back. However, I can see cut marks all over the tip of foreskin. Please advise,if I can continue applying oil. Or is should go and consult dermatologist/urologist (I'm 29yr old
