Hi, I have been diagnosed with balanoposthitis around 6 months back. There are some red spots on the penis head and on the foreskin. I've previously consulted with dermatologists and urologists. Treatments included antifungal , antibacterial creams , antibiotics (Zocon 150mg, Onabet B // Betadine 10%, Candid-B, Augmentin Duo 625gm). I keep the area clean and follow the medications. But haven't seen any improvement . I've read that balanoposthitis gets cured within few weeks. It is causing me to loose confidence. Please guide.
