I have been suffering from inflammation around the male congential area since 3 days I don't have enough sleep and rest since few days every lab reports are normal..urethra surrounded is fine. But foreskin getting inflammation and little pain and sperm leaking randomly.please suggest a medicines 💊 or anti bacterial..little redness and wetness surrounded the foreskin of the male congenital area
