Hi my son is 2year old.recently he started complaining about pain in his penis, and we noticed a white discharge. After a day it showed redness and he is unable to retract the foreskin. Earlier he could retract his foreskin easily. My GP suggested antibiotic for 5 days but redness didn't disappear.she also suggested antibacterial cream . No change.
