I am suffering imbalance felling problem when walking or standing position since 2 years. Always heaviness eyebrows, head & mostly weak felling of left leg & also feet . Plz suggest

We need to take your complete history. Need to know of other co morbidities like hypertension, hearing loss, any trauma etc. Since you have mentioned heaviness of head and in eyebrow region, could be sinusitis also.
Next Steps
Visit or consult an ENT specialist.. so ENT related problems like ruled out by elaborating the history, physical examination including that of ears and nose. Imbalance test, blood pressure etc can be done. Once the diagnosis is made, either medications or exercises to help your condition can be suggested.
