Yes .. under eye bags can be treated. It’s important to examine your face and understand your history to advice further. Saggy skin in 20’s can be after sudden weight loss or gain. Radiofrequency skin tightening can work well in that case. You must include hyaluronic acid serum in your skin care routine.
