I am having severe cold from midnight and also have a sore throat. I have a blocked nose now and sneezed a lot in the morning.

Hi sir, It seems that you have got Upper Respiratory tract infection. You may need antibiotics, antihistamines, nasal drops and saline gargle. But before starting antibiotics, it is better to have your disease diagnosed by a specialist after examination.

now you can do warm saline gargle and put nasao drops.
