Hi Doctor, When my husband sneezes, it gives pretty bad smell. What could be the reason for this. he has bad breath also sometimes.

If not accompanied by any other symptoms, bad smell while sneezing points to problem with sinuses. If your husband cannot perceive the smell and only others can, it points to atrophic rhinitis. In either case, please get ENT check done.

It means he is having upper respiratory tract infection which is the cause of bad smell. He needs to take a course of antibiotics under the supervision of a doctor.
