Bad Prostatitis pain

Hi Doctors, I am in bad pain from prostatitis from past 9 months. Initially there was a infection which got resolved via antibiotics. But the pain still persists. I have a bad rectal pain and also urethral pain after urination. Off late I have noticed premature ejaculation problem as well. Looks like it's getting from bad to worse. Please help
