Bad odour in leg pits

I have seriously bad odour in my leg pits, it's exactly at the back side of my knee, especially on back side of my left knee. Also I had a swelling at that place. I pressed it and found some brown stinky matter coming out of it. I pressed it and finally the swelling sized down. Can anyone help in this ??

नीम की पत्तियां antifungal और antibacterial है  पानी मे पका कर नहाने मे  use कर सकते है साथ ही पत्तियों को पीस कर पेस्ट बना कर एक छोटी गोली के रूप मे रोज़ 1 गोली पानी से निगल ले  ऐसा करके आप स्थायी समाधान प् सकते है
