After application of Tacroz ointment 0.1% w/w, the itching, burning and redness in the area has increased. The itching is unbearable. Should I stop it and wipe off the application

Little burning is normal .  If it's unbearable u can stop it or else u can wash it off after half an hour . I hope no redness or swelling is there .if there is then don't use it at all
