Relax your mind. Look at what helps you to de stress your self.
Once you de stress, write what is your biggest pressure. And are there alternate ways to cope up with the pressures and hindrances.
Eat healthy, sleep well and exercise. Usually under pressure we dont take care of our health and it adds to the existing problem.
