It was 2013. I was going to my school and fell down from stairs. My front tooth cracked but I didn't fell any pain.In evening I went to the dentist. After 2 days he picked up that tooth and cut the two teeth of two sides, made a crown and glued it to my mouth. But,now It has become yellowish, brushing doesn't help this crown to change it's colour. So, I don't have a good smile. Is it possible to remove this bridge and apply dental implant on it? How can I get my healthy  smile back?

Not to go for implant if your natural teeth are good, but will suggest you to go for the metal free cap, eg zirconia lava.
Next Steps
visit dentist and ask for metal free bridges
