Don’t worry it’s phase and it will pass . Take a nice sleep , indulge yourself in work and stop worrying about past and future. Start exercise ( if you are not doing) and join a yoga class. Stop ruminating over any day to day problems. Even after this you feel the same consult a psychiatrist.
