Bad armpit odor and bad breath problem

I have a bad odor and I used lemon, baking soda, apple cider vinegar, Nivea antiperspirant, Dove antiperspirant and Axe antiperspirant/deodorant but everything is still futile. What shoud I do? And also I always brush my teeth but after 2 hours it will smell again. What should I do?
